Spain's independent-watch scene is somewhat small, but it covers more ground than that brand count above suggests. Here at Microbrand Atlas, we follow Spanish makers including Ophion, Montjuïc, Minor Watches, Colomer & Sons, Aryon and more to keep an eye on their lively colors and experimental DNA. Browse the brands below, then open any profile for current tariff info, specs models, pricing and sourcing details.

A small scene with a surprisingly wide range
The Spanish catalog doesn't collapse into one obvious national style. Dress watches, sport watches, field pieces, chronographs, racing-inspired designs and divers all show up, with prices stretching from around $100 to several thousand dollars. That range is useful: Spain may have fewer independent brands than some neighboring countries, but they're not all chasing the same collector.
Spanish design, different production models
Madrid is the biggest cluster in the Atlas, but Spanish brands also turn up in Barcelona, Ourense, Zaragoza and elsewhere. Their production stories vary too: some assemble in Spain, some work with Swiss partners, and some don't publish every manufacturing detail. Atlas keeps brand location, design location and assembly location separate where the information is available, so a Spanish identity doesn't get mistaken for a single sourcing model.
