Brand vibe
Outline is a Tokyo mini-house that watch-magazine editor Yoshimasa Kikuchi built to, as he says, make the reference books he grew up on as small-batch originals rather than nostalgia products. Cases are cushion, tonneau, or 36–38mm rounds; dials are matte cream, tropical brown, or ink black under domed acrylic; movements are Miyota and Seiko workhorses tuned by C's Factory in Tokyo.

on $304.9–$677.55 watch
Japan is capped at 12.5% total including MFN duty under the Section 301 forced-labor tariffs (effective July 24, 2026). Japanese movements (Miyota, Seiko) are components — the tariff applies to where the finished watch is assembled, not where the movement is made.
Tariffs are assessed based on where the watch is assembled, not where individual components originate. A watch with a Japanese movement assembled in the US incurs no import duty.
