    Brand vibe

BOMBFROG was founded in 2011 by Dirk Assmann, a former German Navy Minentaucher (mine clearance diver, EOD/IED operator, paratrooper) working out of Windeby in Schleswig-Holstein — a genuinely unusual origin story in watchmaking, and it shows in the catalog. The early runs went to Bundeswehr and police special units, and the unit editions (Kampfschwimmer, Minentaucher, EOD, RNCD) are still sold as such. The watches are big and unapologetic: a 51mm BT-25 with H3 tritium tubes, a 53mm polycarbonate Carbon One that weighs 74 grams, a 46mm NH35 Minesweeper, and a 1000m G5 titanium flagship with a helium valve. Nothing here is trying to be a dress watch.

Not enough information for a duty figure

The fields above are reported facts. None of them establishes customs origin: that depends on the watch's tariff classification and a substantial-transformation analysis, and what you actually pay also depends on the seller's shipping and duty-payment terms. Ask the seller for the country of origin and whether duties are collected at checkout, and confirm rates against official sources.
