Sourcing & Build
Needs ConfirmationSourcing Notes: Yelang is a pretty underground Chinese microbrand specializing in rugged, military-inspired tritium-illuminated dive, pilot and tactical watches. The brand claims roots dating to 1980 and operates (seemingly) without a dedicated English-language storefront — distribution runs through AliExpress and resellers such as Grmontre Watches. Movements are mixed: Swiss ETA 2824-2 / 2836-2 on higher-end automatic divers, Seiko NH35A/NH36A on mid-tier models, and Miyota/Ronda quartz on entry-level pieces. Cases are 316L stainless steel, primarily 42–44mm, with sapphire crystals on top models. The standout feature is mb-microtec H3/T100 tritium gas tubes (Switzerland) for permanent always-on lume. City-level HQ is not publicly disclosed; Guangdong is inferred from supply-chain context.

⚠ Current Section 122 + 301 rate expires Jul 24, 2026 — rates may change.
Includes Section 122 (10%) plus Section 301 surcharge (~7.5%) on mechanical wristwatches (HTS 9102.11). Actual rate varies by HTS classification.
Tariffs are assessed based on where the watch is assembled, not where individual components originate. A watch with a Japanese movement assembled in the US incurs no import duty.
