Brand vibe
A Liverpool marine chronometer name from 1800, revived in tiny numbers by Time Factors: a 300m diver rebuilt from a 1990s Sewills, and a 100-piece Ferreira honouring the clipper that used to be the Cutty Sark, running a Unitas 6498 dressed up with a swan-neck regulator. Both sold out, both delivered in piano-black boxes, both quietly waiting for whatever comes next.
Sourcing & Build
InferredSourcing Notes: Sewills is a Liverpool marine chronometer and clock name dating to 1800; the modern wristwatch re-editions are made and sold under licence by Time Factors (Eddie Platts) in Sheffield, England. Both watches state cases and bracelets made in Germany and Swiss movements: an ETA 2824-2 in the 42mm Professional Diver PRS-44 (300m, sapphire with cyclops) and a heavily modified hand-wound Unitas 6498 in the Ferreira PRS-39 (screwed Glucydur balance, Nivarox hairspring, swan-neck regulator, Geneva stripes, blued screws), limited to 100 pieces. Dial and hand suppliers are not disclosed. Both models are currently sold out and no new Sewills watch has been announced, so the line is treated as dormant.

Not enough information for a duty figure
The fields above are reported facts. None of them establishes customs origin: that depends on the watch's tariff classification and a substantial-transformation analysis, and what you actually pay also depends on the seller's shipping and duty-payment terms. Ask the seller for the country of origin and whether duties are collected at checkout, and confirm rates against official sources.
