Sourcing & Build
Community verifiedSourcing Notes: Satori is a small UK brand built around a single design, the Companion: a 41mm stainless (or PVD-coated) case, 11.5mm thick with 47mm lug-to-lug, double-domed sapphire front and back, 100m water resistance and a date at 6. Every version runs the Japanese Miyota 9015 automatic with a decorated rotor (42h, 4Hz), and dials use Super-LumiNova BGW9 — the Tuxedo and All-Black editions are fully lumed. Watches are produced in small batches on a backorder cycle; component suppliers are not published.

UK is in the 10% flat Section 301 forced-labor tier (effective July 24, 2026) — the surcharge stacks on top of the MFN duty rather than being netted against it. Relevant for Farer, Christopher Ward, anOrdain, and other UK-assembled brands.
Tariffs are assessed based on where the watch is assembled, not where individual components originate. A watch with a Japanese movement assembled in the US incurs no import duty.
