Brand vibe
Minase is... the watch you find after years of staring at more obvious answers. Made in Akita by Kyowa Co. (a precision tool-and-die shop that pivoted into watchmaking) every case is sallaz/zaratsu polished by hand. The Divido and Windows skeletons, the Horizon, and the cushion-cased Uruga all share an obsessive feel: not loud, less... Instagrammable, but it's right when you put one on.

Sourcing & Build
Community verifiedSourcing Notes: Cases, dials, hands, and bracelets manufactured in-house at Kyowa Co.'s Akita workshop. Signature "Mother Case" construction allows each external surface to be hand-finished (sallaz/zaratsu polish) independently before assembly. Movements are modified ETA 2824/2892 and Sellita-base calibres; some models use modified Miyota 9015. Skeletonisation and engraving performed in Akita. European distribution from Bienne, Switzerland.
