Sourcing Notes: Founded in 2018 by Singapore-based collector Benjamin Chee. All Milléchron watches are designed in Singapore and assembled, finished, and serviced at the atelier of Philippe Cattin (co-founder of Voutilainen & Cattin) in Saignelégier, canton of Jura, Switzerland. Movements: Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier 5401/32 microrotor (Monarque M; Milléchron is the first brand to use this revised 5401), Vaucher 3002 double-barrel automatic (Monarque and Merveilleux Enamel H), and Soprod M100 R4 (entry-level Merveilleux Enamel). Vaucher movements carry full CLA Chronometry certification. Cases use 904L stainless steel (Monarque / Monarque M) with hand-polished bevels and satin brushing, or 316L (Merveilleux line). Dials on the Merveilleux Enamel are grand feu flinqué or champlevé enamel hand-engraved on a 995 silver base. Production is tiny — roughly 4-5 Monarque M pieces and 2-3 Monarque pieces per month. Watches qualify as Swiss Made but the brand intentionally omits the marking from dials; casebacks are engraved "Handcrafted in Switzerland".
