    Brand vibe

Fourth-generation Besançon watchmaking, worn lightly. Julien Humbert-Droz launched the brand in 2016 on top of Réparalux, the family repair-and-assembly workshop founded in 1956, and its edge is unusual: Swiss La Joux-Perret G100 and L100 calibres assembled in-house in France rather than simply bought in. The catalogue runs from open-heart HD1 and HD8 pieces through HD11 field watches named for Republican-calendar months to the HD6.1 chronograph, mostly in small runs and frequent local collaborations.

Sourcing Notes: Official site: a 4th-generation family workshop in Besançon founded in 1956 by Marcel Humbert-Droz; the watch brand itself launched in 2016 under Julien Humbert-Droz. Movements are Swiss calibre bases (ETA, La Joux-Perret, Ronda) described as 'Franco-Suisse', assembled in the family's own French atelier. Dial and hands origins are not disclosed.

Not enough information for a duty figure

The fields above are reported facts. None of them establishes customs origin: that depends on the watch's tariff classification and a substantial-transformation analysis, and what you actually pay also depends on the seller's shipping and duty-payment terms. Ask the seller for the country of origin and whether duties are collected at checkout, and confirm rates against official sources.
