A WOSTEP-trained watchmaker firing grand feu enamel dials in a kiln in rural County Clare. Forty hours per dial, no machinery beyond the kiln, every piece made to order and personally regulated to chronometer-grade accuracy across six positions. The shorthand is "artisan watchmaking from Ireland" but the longer version is more interesting: one of the youngest WOSTEP graduates ever, self-taught enamelist, took up the kiln during a long recovery from illness and turned it into a one-woman atelier. If you want a watch nobody else on earth owns, made by someone who personally talks to every client over WhatsApp before quoting you, this is the door. I'm pretty sure, too, the last nam Moriarty was owned also by a Sherlock Holmes villain. Random bit of trivia for ya there.
