Brand vibe

Alain Silberstein trained as an interior architect. He's has spent nearly forty years refusing to let a watch look serious. For which, we applaud him. His design grammar arrived fully formed with the 1987 Krono Bauhaus: a red triangle, a blue square, a yellow circle, primary colors where other brands used polish. The OG company wound down in the early 2010s, after which his signature survived as the most recognizable guest designer in watchmaking, on Louis Erard regulateurs and tourbillons, MB&F, MeisterSinger and Ming. Update: Currently the site is under construction with the promise of a glorious return soon. We'll keep an eye on it. ***
